We are excited to announce that we are officially adding MORE ROOMS to BTTI 2024. This year’s onsale was such a success that the Jewel is SOLD OUT, but have no fear we are about to make it possible for more of you to come Back To The Island!

The onsale for these new rooms will start May 3rd (this Wednesday) for anyone who is already on the waitlist, and May 4th for all Hanson.net members.

The Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay is an all-inclusive luxury resort with only a 5 minute drive to Jewel Paradise Cove where the concerts and special activities take place (shuttle is included during all Hanson music events and special activities at the main venue). Guests will have access to use the facilities of both the Bahia Principe Luxury and the Bahia Principe Grand resorts. Combined between both sections, there are 1375 rooms, making it the largest resort in Jamaica. All hotel rooms for Hanson's BTTI 2024 will be set in the adults only Bahia Principe Luxury.

Guests will be able to take advantage of 6 pools, 6 restaurants, 8 bars and plenty of daytime activities offered by the resort. Shuttles between the resort will be available 3pm - 2am and will operate every 30 minutes in both directions. The last shuttle after the conclusion of the evening show will be approximately 2am. 4 All Inclusive Nights at the Bahia Principe Luxury Runaway Bay are included in this package. For those looking to extend their vacation, additional nights are available as add-ons during the purchase process.

Guests staying at Bahia will have access to Jewel Paradise Cove, starting one hour prior to showtime. A shuttle will be available 3pm - 2am and will operate every 30 minutes in both directions.

Payment Schedule

Initial non-refundable deposit of $400 per person/$800 per room
Second deposit of $500 per person/$1000 per room due by July 1, 2023.
Final balance payment due by October 1st, 2023.
Monthly payment plan is available. After initial deposit is paid, the remaining balance will be payable over equal installments. The monthly charge will occur on the 1st of each month.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your reservation.

If you would like to reserve a Double Occupancy room but don't have a roommate at the time of reservation, you will be charged for Single Occupancy, but may add a roommate later.

You must maintain an active Fan Club membership from now through the time of the event.

Cancellations are subject to the following schedule:

All deposits and payments are non-refundable, however if need to cancel, you may try to resell your room yourself up until Dec 1, 2023, in which case there will be a $100 administrative fee per person assessed to change the names on the reservation one time. This fee can be paid by either party.

Additional Cancellation Information due to COVID-19

Island Gigs will provide guest a full refund if the Back to the Island 2024 event is cancelled by either Island Gigs or Jewel Resorts.
In the event that the Government prohibits transportation services from the country where your travel is scheduled to originate due to issues related to COVID-19, Island Gigs will provide a full refund. Verification of travel itinerary will be required.
In the event that the Government of Jamaica prohibits arrivals from the country from which your travel originates, Island Gigs will provide a full refund. Verification of travel itinerary will be required.
Island Gigs will process refunds in the most expedient method possible. Please be aware this process may take up to 45 days to be completed.
Travel Insurance will be offered for purchase through Travelex (US Citizens only). Non - US Citizens should research coverage available from their home country.

ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO A RESERVATION AFTER DECEMBER 1ST.

Terms

Back To The Island 2024 is an 18+ event.
If you choose to reserve a double occupancy room, you must have a roommate at the time of reservation.
In the event a guest with a single occupancy reservation room finds a roommate match in order to change to a double occupancy room, HANSON and Island Gigs accepts absolutely no responsibility for roommate incompatibility of any kind. If you are concerned that any disparities may be an issue affecting the enjoyment of your vacation, we recommend you carefully investigate your potential companion directly with them before making a decision.
Back To The Island is open to Hanson.net Fan Club members only. Each individual attending must have a Hanson.net Fan Club Membership. Fan Club membership must be current, and remain so through February 1st 2024 for all attendees. Should you make a booking and not have a current Hanson.net membership by December 15th 2023, we reserve the right to charge you for the current annual membership fee, in addition to the cost of your Back To The Island package on the credit card used for booking.
HANSON and Island Gigs reserve the right to refuse entry to any guest.
HANSON and Island Gigs reserve the right to remove any guest from the event who is behaving inappropriately.
